I actually had a good experience with them I had told them my bearing was going on the passenger side so they went over it n they told me it was the bearings n a couple other things I needed done...n they put it on the computer to let me know my car is good.. I do recommend people to go there they r fair with their prices n look over ur entire car over on the computer I've had bad experiences with mechanics I can say this time I was pleased with these guys so I was happy with them ..they Tex u before they start the job to see if u want them to fix ur car n explain the situation...

Brought my vehicle since was performing unusual while driving. They retighten my spark plugs and changed my valve cover gasket and issue is resolved. Satisfied customer, great shop and trustworthy

I want to thank the team at 1st Class Alignment for coming to my rescue when my brakes totally failed Monday night. Alex was so helpful, understood my situation and got me in the next day. They stayed past closing to install a new brake line and fill up on brake fluid. The next day Gladys arranged a ride from my hotel to fetch the car since I was otherwise stranded. It's wonderful to interact with caring people; this was my best experience at a car shop. You saved our Christmas trip. I wish you guys were in Knoxville, I would do all my service with you.

Everyone inside of this shop are very friendly and honest. I LOVE the whole computerized system the shop uses to show the customer photos of where there are major or potential trouble spots to pay attention to on your vehicle for repairs. I highly recommend this shop for any repairs needed.
