After dealing with many local shops who had skills but had no desire to communicate about what they were doing and why, I am so grateful to have a neighborhood shop who goes through their work and their rationale for it in detail, listens to my concerns, lays out costs clearly, provides options, and even have a sense of humor. Who knew ? They are my go-to for simple and for major re-work and I am grateful they are here.
