Great place to get work done to your car. They are extremely knowledgeable. I walked in one day with an issue and the guy there took the time to explain my problem, what needed to be done to fix it and how long it would take. One thing he explained that really impressed me, that I have never seen at another shop is each of his mechanics has a specialty so when that job comes in, it goes to the specialist. Will bring my car back any time.

I have been using this shop since they opened. Family owned and operated. Great customer service, friendly staff and stand by their work. Extremely honest and competent technicians. You won't be sorry you used them. I don't trust my vehicles to anyone else.

Took my car in to figure out what that god awful sound was coming from the rear of the vehicle. Handsome redheaded guy at the counter told me I needed to replace my rear wheel bearings, had me out the door in about an hour. Was able to do it on my lunch, no muss no fuss. Great folks there.

After a few recommendations and some research, I came to 1st Class Alignment and Repair for the first time earlier this week for some much needed work on my vehicle. From start to finish, 1st Class truly provided service that was true to its name. Ronnie was my point of contact during the whole process and to say he was phenomenal would be an understatement. Not only did he take the time to explain anything I had questions on, he also called with periodic updates on how the work was coming along. Excellent customer service, great work and affordable prices are not something you come by often in this type of industry. Nice people, good service. Called around after dealership quoted me too much for brakes. This place was reasonable, got in that day and they were honest about other upcoming maintenance due on my car. I appreciated that they did not pressure me to buy additional services but made me aware of upcoming expenses. I plan on returning for other work as it comes due. And wi-fi and coffee in waiting room.
