Gladys and her team always go above and beyond with their diagnostics, sending detailed reports with images and always works with their customers to ensure speedy maintenance, service and repair. I cannot recommend them enough. Even though the shop is located a bit further away from their first location, we still make it a point to come out and get our vehicles serviced by the team at 1st class.

Upon arriving, I was welcomed with a smile, very friendly and professional. I only needed an oil change but was happy because they accommodated me the same day.

I can’t praise owners Gladys and Eric and the crew at 1st Class Alignment &Repair enough. Our Mini Cooper’s engine stopped working while on a road trip and we were stranded in Port Jervis. Luckily our tow driver knew this business and more fortunately, Eric knew Mini Coopers very well. Gladys kept us informed step-by-step and worked within our trip schedule to get us back in the road for our return trip home. When a crucial part was delivered that was incorrect, Eric was able to improvise a safe solution that was just as good. Great communication and Gladys did a wonderful job working with my warranty company to get the work needed approved. Someone always answered the phone every time I called and if they could not provide the answer someone would call me back promptly. They replaced my malfunctioning CUE system, transmission issues, and whatever was going on with my vehicles’ A/C (still working !) I would use the business again to service my Escalade.

Second time taking one of my vehicles to these guys, they came highly recommended to me by an Autobody shop near my house. Both vehicles taken there were modified with lift kits and both times they got the alignments dialed in. They are very reasonable too. Highly recommended.
