It was a great experience. They were very kind and helpful.

Everyone here was very friendly and welcoming. They said they were 10 minutes behind schedule but I was in and out quite quickly. I observed the mechanic explaining things kindly and patiently to other customers. She also recognized return customers and greeted them warmly by name. I definitely would return here if (when) I need any other auto services.

1st Class alignment is the best shop in the nation. The owners treat you like family and the mechanics are top notch. Anybody that needs work to their vehicle, I would recommend 1st alignment.

Gladys and her team always go above and beyond with their diagnostics, sending detailed reports with images and always works with their customers to ensure speedy maintenance, service and repair. I cannot recommend them enough. Even though the shop is located a bit further away from their first location, we still make it a point to come out and get our vehicles serviced by the team at 1st class.
