I was referred to this shop by people at the gym I go to and I see why they're highly recommended. I took my 2020 Honda Crv in for a routine maintenance oil, filter etc etc , I like the fact that the mechanics send photos of everything they inspected and worked on to show the process of what they have done. I had mentioned about an alignment issue with my car that the Honda Dealership kept telling me that my concern was incorrect that it was fine which I already knew off the bat it wasn't they didn't even do a test to confirm my concerns because I had to replace the same rear tires TWICE LAST YEAR WHICH IS CRAZY, I spoke with Gladys on the phone and she assured me that it will be looked at and they will do FULL INSPECTION on the vehicle to see what else they find. Sure enough as we all knew the car needed an alignment BADLY and I was happy they did the diagnostics to show me what it looked like which was awesome. Customer service was Awesome especially the guys at the front desk which were very helpful with communication and guidance. I will definitely bring my 2nd car here next month no doubt I highly recommend this shop to anybody who needs there car fixed.
