This was the second shop I walked in on the block. The first one just didn't feel right. I certainly didn't feel welcomed or greeted like at 1st class. They really are 1st class . Bobby and Gladys greeted and welcomed me right away . Their cool clean waiting area with a coffee maker made my wait very comfortable. They checked the schedule right away and accommodated my needs right away . Gladys asked if I was able to wait a very short time while they worked . They were really professional and courteous throughout. Gladys asked if I would allow her to continue training a new employee as she was helping me . Gladys was very articulate clear and kind as she helped and responded to each employee as they referred to her for guidance. Great communicator . I appreciated the way each employee interacted with each other in a manner that showed respect for their job each other and the company they represented. The exterior and interior was well kept and clean . Don't hesitate to call for an appointment or stop in for a service. I'm grateful for finding them and will certainly recommend them to friends.
