I've been using 1st class for years as well as my family, you guys are truly the best. Always able to fit in for appointments, honest, and never make me feel pressured to get additional work done if something is found wrong with the car. Channing was very patient when I had questions about the work needed and done to the car, attentive and was a pleasure to have as my servicing mechanic for the day.

I used 1st Class for the first time this week and I think I’m a lifetime customer now. I went in for an oil change, received a full overview of my car and was not pressured into any additional work!!! While sitting in the waiting room I was surprised at the level of customer service this shop provides, attentive, kind, knowledgeable, ORGANIZED!!, and consistently keeping you updated on the status of your vehicle. I walked out of here thinking “this is how every shop should be run”. Highly recommend! And my oil change was $30 less than places in Middletown have been charging me…. Made my day!
