Gladys and her Husband are so friendly and helpful! I bought a 2014 Mini Cooper Clubman, and a month into owning it the check engine light came on. It needed a whole new coolant system. I had no idea where to take it as most regular mechanics won't touch the Minis. These guys took me in same day, and communicated every step of the way. They even sent pictures and explained what things were and why they were important to fix and the whole system was warrantied in the end! A few weeks later my engine overheated, one of the hoses was leaking coolant. I had it towed back to first class and they completely honored that warranty and didn't charge me a cent! So grateful to have found a trustworthy mechanic! Plus they have a super cute parrot in the shop lol!
