Great people. Very knowledgeable, very happy with my experience, highly recommend.

This was my first time coming to this location and it will not be my last. Firstly they took me in even though they were booked for the day but they made it work because they know I was concerned about my car. They were honest about the time frame and I was ok with waiting. They took their time going over the issues and gave me recommendations. No pushing and I felt like I was treated fairly which doesn't happen often as a female going to a mechanic. The lady we dealt with was Gladys and she was both knowledgeable the professional.

This shop does an impeccable job with what they do. Professionalism is amazing and the vibes of the shop is so homey and relaxing. Gladys and Eric are people of integrity, character, and just two awesome people. You wont regret bringing your car to them!

Where do I begin ?! I travel long distance for my 3 jobs and I needed A reliable shop for my car repairs and I stumbled upon this Gem. What initially drew me to 1st class was the SUNY orange student discount (i believe it’s 10%) but their professionalism and reliability gained my trust and continued service. Ms. Gladys always accommodates my family and myself when it comes to our vehicle repairs. She always greets us with a smile and she has a level of compassion that is unmatched in comparison to any other repair shop I’ve been to. Ronnie (one of the mechanics) usually greets me with a smile and casual caring conversation. He is very knowledgeable and skilled about repairs and always dedicates himself to finding the solution to any issue. ALL the mechanics that work at 1st class alignment work here because they have a passion for fixing and maintaining vehicles not for a paycheck. Every single time our cars are checked we are given a diagnostic check report (as seen as below) showing current pictures of our vehicles as well as things that are in good standing, upcoming needed repairs, and if need be URGENT repairs. Thank you guys all for the exceptional service you've given us throughout the years ! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable shop for car repairs ! I had a wonderful experience with First Class Alignment and Repair. I recently brought a vehicle through Carvana that was making some unusal noises and took it to First Class to have it checked out. Being that it they were about to close, i had to leave the car. fearing that i was going to be stranded because i live about 30 min away, one of the guys at the shop gave me a ride to Enterprise to get a rental. I truly appreciate it. While at the shop, Gladys and her crew took the time to do a complete diagnostic (with pictures and video) of everything good and bad with the car, which was printed out and emailed to me. Gladys also called me to explain everything that was wrong, and the best way to proceed. To me, this was exceptional because unbeknownst to First Class, i took the car to another shop a day prior and i was told the car was fine. I didn't recieve any print out or anything from the other shop, just word of mouth. Being that the car was still under warranty, i didn't have to pay much out of pocket, so that was cool with me. Coming from the city, i will be in need of repair shop (hopefully not to much) that i feel is honest, fair and straightforward, and i belive First Class Auto and Alignment fits the bill.
