My name is Mary Ann Ricci… Right from the get go, Gladys took my call with urgency as an informed professional focused to met the needs for my car. I needed an estimate, due to a small claims case. Efficient, direct and to the point, actually I complement, Gladys, for her automobile knowledge, completely opposite from mine , as a female. The estimate was a thorough and detailed diagnosis of the problems with my car as I appeared in court confident of presentation before the judge. First class is such A friendly and welcoming environment, everyone who works there is so kind! Having your car looked at for repairs can be stressful, but the team here is great at explaining everything that needs to be done. Took car in right away, had knowledge of my car to ensure accuracy of the job. Only thing I didn't like was they photograph your car prior. I understand the the reason, I personally didn't like that for personal reasons. This should be told to the customer prior to it being done. Staff, was nice and friendly, owners were great people to speak with regarding my car. Down to earth people, not looking to hurt the customer.

I am grateful to have a local shop that actually knows how to communicate, listen, and collaborate on sensible work plans for my two old vehicles. They also take the time to test drive both to corroborate the symptoms I describe, and later, to verify if they have been fixed! I have yet to have to return a vehicle to them for re-repair. It's the only shop in the area that makes me feel that they want my business. Truly first class.
