They were warm and welcoming and explained everything that was happening in real live time. I was able to go in and see the progress. Great shop honest and concise. Very professional shop, courteous, friendly, staff, especially Alex at front counter. I took one of my vintage cars in to have 4 of my tires install and to get a NY State Inspection. Friendly and Professional. I walked in to schedule an inspection. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and scheduled me for the next day. The next day the man that was at the desk was also very nice and professional. He said the inspection would take about 45 mins. I said I would walk home and asked if I would receive a text when my inspection was done. He said yes and I did receive a text an hour later. I'm glad I chose to go here rather than another local auto shop that I was waiting for someone to come to the desk at for 15 mins before I walked out and walked into 1st class instead.

Everything good as always no issues no problem everyone's nice and I like the check system now where they take pictures of all that stuff and list everything that they checked I think that's a Plus I will be going back

They triple checked their work to make sure they were legit and right. They communicated greatly well to me, every single step of the way, they were on time, they did everything absolutely perfectly right. I highly recommend and greatly encourage that you go to them with your vehicle because they know exactly what there doing. Fantastic experience. Went in for a basic inspection. Had to bring the entire family. Owner brought out toys for my toddler to play with and was extremely friendly. Fair priced snuck me in with no appointment and the service was out of this world. As someone who does a ton of their own mechanic work. Anything I don't wanna do is 100% going to this shop.
