This place is full of "space cadets". They don't listen to what you tell them. In fact, one of the mechanics drove my car home to try to figure out the problem and let it run out of gas! They were told to fix an issue that they never fixed. After working on the car, they left the hood open and it almost flew up while I was driving! Oh and they also couldn't locate my keys upon my arrival to get the car. If i could give this place 0 stars, I would.

Hello Corrine, first off I would like to say sorry about how you feel. We try to provide excellent customer service and it is hard to read your comments considering your guys have been a customers since 2015. I would like to believe there is some mis-understanding and would love to resolve it. My records do show a resolution to the noise you were hearing due to the accident you had with the vehicle but the work was declined. Please contact us if there is any way to satisfy your concerns.

This shop is on the list of most expensive shops in the area, for the prices they changed, it would have been better to have taken my car to BMW, the work as substandard as I had to return several times for adjustments. This is the first mechanics shop I've been to that said," we don't know what the problem is", but isn't that your job to figure it out? Seek other options before going here, or you'll be sorry.

Michael, I wish I could find your records as to your visit with us and the issue with your car, however due to your fictitious name I would assume this is false and you never came to our shop because we value our customers and we would value your complaint as well. We strive to do things honestly and with pride, We apologize you didn't see the value in your repair.
