I don't know what my husband and I would do without 1st Class!!! They have always been superior in their work but above and beyond in their customer relations. Gladys is an angel and all the guys in the garage are kind, caring and have always treated us with the utmost respect. Everyone at 1st Class has taken the time to explain any and all work to us, presented us with all of our options and taken the best possible care of our vehicles and us. They have seen my mini cooper and worked tirelessly on it and my husbands Escape hybrid for years, ( they just took care of something on the Escape for free).
