This shop is on the list of most expensive shops in the area, for the prices they changed, it would have been better to have taken my car to BMW, the work as substandard as I had to return several times for adjustments. This is the first mechanics shop I've been to that said," we don't know what the problem is", but isn't that your job to figure it out? Seek other options before going here, or you'll be sorry.

A few weeks ago I started having trouble with my car and needed work done on it that could not wait. I brought my car here based on other Yelp reviews and was very happy with the whole experience. My car was brought in to be seen immediately and within an hour I was given a full run down of what was wrong, what needed to be replaced, and my different price options. There was a lot that needed to be done but the man who was behind the desk was very informative and was able to explain everything to me clearly. For the amount of work that needed to be done I was very surprised that they were able to complete all of the work in one day. I have had no further problems with my car and all of the staff was great. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and efficient. I will be coming here from now on for my car care.

I PREFER TO INSTALL OEM PARTS TO MAINTAIN QUALITY OF MY LINCOLN & SINCE CERTAIN PARTS ARE OBSOLETE,, THEY ALLOW ME TO SHOP FOR THEM & CHEERFULLY INSTALL THEM . SO FOR MANY YEARS, I HAVE ENTRUSTED 1ST CLASS TO SERVICE & INSTALL: FRONT STRUTS & REAR SHOCKS, BRAKES & ROTORS, SUSPENSION PARTS, OIL PAN, GAS TANK, CATALYTIC CONVERTER & STAINLESS STEEL MUFFLER SYSTEM.--{A WARNING IS TO AVOID MONRO MUFFLER RIP-OFF OR SEARS WHO DO UNNECESSARY REPAIR SCAMS AS CLASS ACTION SUITS HAVE BEEN FILED AGAINST THEM IN THE PAST}!! These guys are the most considerate, competent, and economical repair shop in Middletown. I could go on and on about my repeated pleasant experiences with 1st Class Auto, but most recently they found and repaired an issue that nobody else could find and also let me know that my power steering pump was leaking, while it was still under warranty through Honda, which saved me about $600. These guys are kind, compassionate, and always a pleasure to deal with and are particularly sensitive to individuals of limited means. I wish this company continued success and prosperity in Middletown - give them a try!
