Port Jervis AUTO REPAIR

I brought in my BMW 335i to have the tiebrod ends replaced. They installed them backwards. I also had an AUDI TT that needed an axle replaced under warranty. The part had to be be replaced 6 times within 2 months then all of a sudden the rack and pinion developed a debelitating leak causing the rack to fail. I had personally inspected the underside of the vehicle prior to returning the vehicle for axle repair and saw no leaks or torn boots.

Very professional, knowledgeable an right to the point. I would highly recommend them, Grace is wonderful.

Always love coming here. I feel safe and I trust them with my cars. They never once have steered me wrong and they will not push something that doesn't need to be done. Plus they send you a video on what their looking at so you know they don't lie. Their customer service is excellent and their always friendly. They will do as much as possible to accomodate you. Today I needed that last minute appointment and they squeezed me in. I will continue to bring my vehicles here from here on out. Thank you guys again for yet another pleasant experience.
