I had a wonderful experience with First Class Alignment and Repair. I recently brought a vehicle through Carvana that was making some unusal noises and took it to First Class to have it checked out. Being that it they were about to close, i had to leave the car. fearing that i was going to be stranded because i live about 30 min away, one of the guys at the shop gave me a ride to Enterprise to get a rental. I truly appreciate it. While at the shop, Gladys and her crew took the time to do a complete diagnostic (with pictures and video) of everything good and bad with the car, which was printed out and emailed to me. Gladys also called me to explain everything that was wrong, and the best way to proceed. To me, this was exceptional because unbeknownst to First Class, i took the car to another shop a day prior and i was told the car was fine. I didn't recieve any print out or anything from the other shop, just word of mouth. Being that the car was still under warranty, i didn't have to pay much out of pocket, so that was cool with me. Coming from the city, i will be in need of repair shop (hopefully not to much) that i feel is honest, fair and straightforward, and i belive First Class Auto and Alignment fits the bill. I got a second opinion here after I got a questionable diagnostic at another facility. I really appreciate how open and honest they were about what (wasn’t) wrong with my car. I will most definitely use them in the future as someone with little to no car maintenance experience, I feel like I can trust what they say. The lobby is also cool to hang out in while you wait! I brought in my BMW 335i to have the tiebrod ends replaced. They installed them backwards. I also had an AUDI TT that needed an axle replaced under warranty. The part had to be be replaced 6 times within 2 months then all of a sudden the rack and pinion developed a debelitating leak causing the rack to fail. I had personally inspected the underside of the vehicle prior to returning the vehicle for axle repair and saw no leaks or torn boots.
