They're great. Staff is friendly and keeps you updated. They are honest and that is the selling point. They aren't trying to sell you something you don't need. Plus i love the bird.

I’ve only been in New York for a little under a year and have brought both my vehicles in for maintenance here and have had outstanding service. The first time bringing the vehicle in was on a short phone call notice and they delivered a incredible satisfaction. I’ve worked with Ronald each time and appreciate the hard work he puts in to his customers. He even stayed a little later to fix an issue I had with my truck and answered my phone call immediately after when I had questions. I will go no where else for maintenance I cannot do myself.

Courteous, responsive, and give you as much information necessary to make appropriate decisions for your vehicle. They offer great services. I am very happy with the results. All of the employees were courteous. If you are in the Middletown area and need car repair I highly recommend 1st class alignment & repair.

This has been my favorite repair shop locally for a few years now. They always find out what's wrong and have always done honest work and at a good price. I've never had a single complaint using this shop and I always find myself coming to them first whenever I have an issue with a vehicle. They are always up front about availability whenever you call in and will always go over all the options especially on a major repair, explaining what has to be repaired vs what can be which is what sets this place apart from many others I've used. They have never once tried to sell me a repair I didnt need and I've never had to revisit a repair they've done on any of the vehicles I've brought in over the years. For anyone in the Middletown area I'd say this would be a solid first choice. Excellent customer service and professional repairs.

The staff here are absolutely incredible. They not only took my car in for a last minute alternator swap they bent over backwards to make sure the alternator install was done right. They also moved their schedule around to do her oil change this morning. They have informed me every step of the way what was going on and even looked at some of the new parts to make sure they were secure. I will definitely be making my appointments with them from now on. Very honest staff.

I would like to advise, any one that is in need of a mechanic ( do not, I repeat do not go to First class in Middltown New York ). They are located in Dolson Avenue. At first the employees treat you like they care, this is a trap. Once they repair your automobile, You think that all is well. In a couple of days your car starts to develop a new mechanical problem. You take it back to First Class, low and behold they have to take another look at it. They phone you with the details,of what is wrong with your car. Then wham, you are hit with astronomical quote for the additional repair. This will not delight you. Not only are they vampires, they also insult you. The principle Vampire will inform you that it is your fault. I have encountered people that have had the same experience. Please I repeat, do not go to this establishment.

The team at 1st Class is extremely professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything to me every step of the way. I will continue to bring my car here.
