I don't know what my husband and I would do without 1st Class!!! They have always been superior in their work but above and beyond in their customer relations. Gladys is an angel and all the guys in the garage are kind, caring and have always treated us with the utmost respect. Everyone at 1st Class has taken the time to explain any and all work to us, presented us with all of our options and taken the best possible care of our vehicles and us. They have seen my mini cooper and worked tirelessly on it and my husbands Escape hybrid for years, ( they just took care of something on the Escape for free). This was my first time coming to this location and it will not be my last. Firstly they took me in even though they were booked for the day but they made it work because they know I was concerned about my car. They were honest about the time frame and I was ok with waiting. They took their time going over the issues and gave me recommendations. No pushing and I felt like I was treated fairly which doesn't happen often as a female going to a mechanic. The lady we dealt with was Gladys and she was both knowledgeable the professional.

This shop does an impeccable job with what they do. Professionalism is amazing and the vibes of the shop is so homey and relaxing. Gladys and Eric are people of integrity, character, and just two awesome people. You wont regret bringing your car to them!
